Minimum Age of Play

The minimum age to play on GreySnowPoker is 18 years old. Minors (those under 18 years of age) are strictly prohibited to play and will be banned if they create an account.

Time Bank Policy

During gameplay, players needing extra time for any reason can click on the "Time Bank" button. Players who fail to act before the time bank has expired will have their hand folded.

Fair Play Policy:

At GreySnowPoker, all players must display ethical and respectful poker play at all times. Players found breaking any GreySnowPoker rules or conducting themselves in an unethical manner will face disciplinary actions.

Collusion, the act of working together with two or more players, sharing information that you would not ordinarily have in order to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited.

Chip dumping, the act of losing chips on purpose to another player, is strictly prohibited.

The use of Third-Party tools and software that provide assistance beyond the means of normal gameplay is strictly prohibited. For more information, please click here.

Tournament Cancellation Policy:

GreySnowPoker reserves the right to cancel any tournament that is announced.

Tournaments in progress which require cancellation due to server issues or other factors beyond our control will be cancelled. Players who have been eliminated prior to cancellation will not be refunded.

Table Etiquette:

Please be respectful at all times. The usual courtesy found at the live tables are expected online at GreySnowPoker. Some common guidelines include the following:

  • Intimidation or harassment will not be tolerated
  • Please be respectful if a player is utilizing their time bank
  • Please don't speak about another player's hand during action
Account Security:

You must take reasonable action to ensure the security of your account, computer, and internet connection. This includes not sharing your login information with anyone. If you feel someone has accessed your account, please contact us right away at [email protected].

Chip Conversion (Ring Games vs Tournaments):

In cash games, all chips are converted on a 1:1 basis. This means that when you buy in for $100 you receive $100 in chips to play.

For tournaments, the chip conversion is different as each tournament has its own unique blind level and starting chip count. All blind levels and starting chip counts are presented in the specific tournament lobby of that table.

In case of disputes, the decision of our management will be final.
